Refund policy

Returns at Barkley are complicated, because they're meant to be eaten off of. They're handled on a case-by-case basis, but expect a return to only take place if the wrong items were shipped to you and sent back before use. If the pottery has been used or washed it is ineligible for a return.

A partial refund may be offered if your parcel does not arrive or arrives broken. In order to be eligible, you must notify the shop within 14 days of shipment.
