Shipping policy

Shipping ceramics costs way too much— I feel you. Domestic shipping is calculated based on the two of the following variables:

• Total order weight (0-2 lb., 2-5 lb., 5-20 lb. maximum order size)
• Distance from Tempe, AZ (USPS zones 1-4, 4-6, 7-8)

Domestic orders take 1-2 business days to carefully pick, pack, and ship. Orders outside the U.S. are technically possible, but the shipping rate is so high that it might not be worth ordering. International shipping can take 3-5 business days to pick, pack, and ship.

When an item is sent from Barkley to be shipped abroad, it is in the jurisdiction of the receiving country’s postage service and customs. If for whatever reason something goes missing, please get in touch with us as well as the postage company. I deal with any instances of breakage/missing items on a case by case basis. There might be tax or customs charges on some items shipped abroad. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.
