DIY Beginner Pottery Kit

When most people hear "pottery", they picture throwing pieces on an electric pottery wheel— but humans have been hand-building pottery without electricity for thousands of years. This kit comes with an instructional booklet that will teach you the basics. If you catch the bug and move on to kiln-fired stoneware, these wooden pottery tools can be used for that as well!

Each kit comes with:
2 500g bricks of brown air-dry clay
6 acrylic paints
acrylic sealant
pottery tools
and an instruction booklet

This is important: air-dry clay is not vitrified in a kiln, so it's not suitable for making food-safe dishware. Use this kit to make coat hooks, bookends, trinket dishes, or anything else your little heart desires.
